Availability for a specific event must be made 2-4 weeks in advance. If date is available, payment must be made in full within 48 hours to secure your order. Please include name, phone number, & date of order. If payment is not received within the timeframe indicated, your order will be cancelled. Upon completion of order, please specify any changes to be made at this time. Changes will not be considered once order is secured.
Payments for all orders are non-refundable due to purchase of supplies, time, food-related items (perishable), and sources used.
Pick up time is determined at the time of booking. Late fee of $20/hour will be applied after a 15 minute grace period after original pickup time. Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be stated at time of booking.
ChocolateZ & FruitZ, LLC assumes no responsibility for damages incurred once order has been picked up. Returns are not accepted due to perishable items.
